To ensure your EYEKØNIK eyewear stays in great condition, we recommend the following care instructions:Always store your eyewear in the protective case when not in use.Clean your lenses with a microfiber cleaning cloth and avoid using soap and water.Avoid leaving your eyewear upside down to avoid scratches.

We do not offer prescription lenses as we do not make prescription lenses. However, in case you want to change the lenses in your optician's shop, we recommend that you choose metal or acetate glasses.

Shipping

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping.

Orders placed before 22:45 on business days will be dispatched the next day. Shipping times typically range from 3-10 business days, depending on the destination and the chosen shipping option.

If you need to change your address after placing an order, please email hello@eyekonikeyewear.comas soon as possible. Our customer care team will do their best to assist you. However, due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order is processed. Please contact our customer care team, and we will try to accommodate your request.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and all email folders again after 30 minutes. If you still haven't received it, contact our customer care team at hello@eyekonikeyewear.com, and we will confirm your order and resend the confirmation email. If you're unsure whether your purchase went through, contact us before placing the order again.

If your package arrives and it doesn't contain what you ordered, please contact our customer care team at hello@eyekonikeyewear.com. We promise that we will do everything we can to make sure that you get the correct product as soon as possible.

Let us help you find your package! Here are six steps to try:

  1. Verify the delivery address you provided. It's included in the confirmation email we sent you.
  2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery in your inbox/mailbox.
  3. Check around all entrances of your property; the package might have been hidden by the courier.
  4. Talk to your family, roommates, or neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.
  5. Contact your local postal carrier, as sometimes the package might appear as delivered when it is still in transit.
  6. If you still can't find it, contact us at hello@eyekonikeyewear.com with your order number and an explanation of the situation. We'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We operate in a global scale and we make sure to use warehouses that could ship your order without paying duties and taxes. Once you received a tracking link from us via email it will typically update it once the order has cleared from customs normally within 48-72 hours. It's a standard process to make sure everything aligns with international rules.

If the tracking still shows no updates after 7 days of receiving the tracking link, please write to us at hello@eyekonikeyewear.com. Our customer care team will handle this for you and make sure you receive your order.
