ORDERS & RETURNS

We are unable to change or cancel orders as they're processed and dispatched by our warehouse instantly.

If you ordered an item that you wish to return, you can request a refund via our refund page.

From the start that your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been dispatched.

In this email, you will find your tracking number.

Please email hello@eyekonikeyewear.com as soon as you realize you have submitted the wrong address and our customer service team will gladly assist you.

We offer full refunds if you change your mind.

All original packaging must be returned with the goods in order to receive a full refund.Your item must show no sign of use or wear.

Eyekønik Eyewear offers free shipping worldwide.

Avoid wearing on top of your head to prevent misshaping of frames and stretching of the hinges.

Place your frames lens side up to avoid scratching.

Clean lens with microfiber cleaning cloth.
