Where we ship from
Orders currently ship from our fulfilment partner in China.
Processing time
We pack and ship orders within 3 business days, except on weekends and public holidays. During sales and holidays this can take a little longer.
Delivery time
Expect 5 to 10 business days from the day you order, processing included. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free from the amount for your country. Below that amount, you see the shipping costs before you pay.

Taxes and import costs
For orders delivered to countries other than the United Kingdom and Australia: our prices do not include import VAT, duties or customs fees. Depending on your country and the value of your order, the carrier may charge import VAT, duties or a handling fee on delivery. These are paid by you. You are the importer of your order (delivery DDU).
Changing your address or cancelling
Email hello@eyekonikeyewear.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed, we can no longer change it.
Lost or damaged parcel
Has your parcel gone missing or arrived damaged? Contact us and we will send you a new pair or refund you.
